After a few years promoting Gift Cards as the ‘gift of choice’, Westfield wanted to re-launch their message, ideally putting the power back in the purchaser’s hands. With this in mind, we realised that customers couldn’t possibly know what their loved ones would consider the perfect gift... So with thousands of possibilities, in fact the best way to get it right was to leave it to them. Turning what was the ‘cop out gift’ to the perfect one.
We extended the campaign to focus on those ‘hard-to-buy-for’ occasions, as well as showcase the thousands of products that the Gift Card unlocks.
